Please note that all other equipment included in the Polypool Kit purchased will also be covered by individual manufacturer's guarantees: The swimming pool shell/structure must not, in our opinion, have been subject to willful abuse, neglect or misuse during the period of coverage.

This includes installations not carried out according to our supplied instruction manual.
25 year guarantee The Polypool™ 25 year premium guarantee extends to the structural part of the swimming pool including panels, channels, butresses, shoes and any other part making up the swimming pool shell assembly.

"Heatstar" environmental control equipment- 1 year parts and labour with upgrades available
Filters- 5 years as per manufacturers guarantee
Pumps- 3 years as per manufacturers guarantee
"Arkolplan" liner supply and fit- 10 years for domestic use and 5 years in the case of pools being run at temperatures exceeding 32 Degrees centigrade.
"Topline" chemical dosing equipment- 1 year as per manufacturers guarantee
